In the course ‘Pasta ABC’ we work with the stuffed pasta varieties and you learn how to make tortelli, ravioli and cravattino with accompanying sauces.
Homemade pasta is a craft that requires concrete techniques.
You are guided safely through the art and learn to make the dough from scratch and roll it out correctly. We review the four different kinds of fillings with accompanying sauces.
You learn to fold the pastas so they become beautiful, and hold on to the filling during the subsequent cooking.
We are helping all the way, so everyone can follow along here!
We provide cozy breaks and small snacks during class.
After some good hours in the kitchen, we eat the food together in the cozy kitchen or outside in the garden.
For the food we serve wines per. glasses to suit the individual pasta dishes. The wines are from our local and glorious Claudio, who serves some wonderful, crisp wines.
It is possible to buy an extended wine menu for the food (100 euros) We also have a small selection of Claudio's wines for sale.

PAYMENT: Transfer via MobilePay or net-bank to Heidi, no later than three days before the course. Cancellation must also be made no later than three days before the course. After payment, we send all the necessary information per. mail.
