Here there is room for nerds, beginners and also inexperienced food lovers who want to dive into the Italian cuisine and learn how to create local delicious dishes guided by very passionated and skilled teachers.
The beautiful and cozy country kitchen, where the teaching takes place, is located in a small village approx. 20 km from Ferrara. We arrange transport.
Who are our clients?
Our food school is primarily aimed at the adult audience who go on summer holidays in Italy to enjoy the culture, food, wine and 'La dolce vita'.
Our food school equals lots of warmth and laughter. The teaching takes place at a level and at a pace where everyone can participate and we only work together with locals. All teachers are born and raised in Ferrara.
For the Danish and Scandinavian participants, it also applies that Heidi always follows along the side and helps with language and questions.
