LEARN HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN FOUR-COURSE MENU AND ENCHANT YOUR GUESTS AT HOME


WHERE: Private kitchen, about 20 minutes from Ferrara

TIME: 3 hours of teaching and subsequent dinner

PRICE: 210 euros pr. participant

In this course you will learn how to make your own Italian signature menu with everything from anti-pasti to dolche.


Italians live to eat and meals are always rounded by great tales of kinship, regional pride and love. The food culture is simply the DNA of the Italians.


In this course you will master the classic principles of antipasti, primi, secondi, é dolche and you learn which dishes to serve under the different categories.


We organize a menu where ingredients will reflect the season in question. The menu always consists of both classic and regional dishes, and if you have special wishes for specific dishes, we talk about it. During the course, you are guided safely through the dishes one by one and we help each other so that everyone can follow.


There will be nice breaks along the way.





After some lovely hours in the kitchen, we are ready to eat the food together; either in the beautiful kitchen or outside in Antonellas cozy garden.


For the food we serve wines per. glasses to suit the individual dishes.


The wines are from our local and glorious Claudio, who serves some wonderful, crisp wines.


It is possible to buy an extended wine menu for the food (100 euros) We also offer a small selection of Claudio's wines that can be bought at our place in Gallo. ​

Via email, we find the date that suits all parties best. We have no fixed date events.


PAYMENT: Transfer via MobilePay or net-bank to Heidi, no later than three days before the course. Cancellation must also be made no later than three days before the course. After payment, we send all the necessary information per. mail.
